While the Terms of Service rule is still in affect, we’ve implemented a change to the way our website works to allow accounts who have been held specifically for this reason, and only this reason, to be able to log into the account page on the website to update their account info. You can do so by clicking this link. That will lead you to your account page where you can click on the”Email Settings” link on the right and update your info.

As both the Risk and Governance Team grow, we have more and more people looking into these types of issues, so accounts that contain inaccurate information are more likely to be held. Please be sure to include accurate contact information when creating alternate accounts, it prevents these extra steps and keeps you on the grid. Best!
